Form Builder Manager
Create CMS’s Form builder has been developed to allow an administrator to easily build online forms to capture user’s details. The content of any completed form can be emailed to a predefined email address set by the administrator.All forms that are created can be easily added to any web page. Create drop down boxes, radio buttons for (multiple choice) and input boxes.
This module allows an administrator to build any type of form such as:
- Contact us
- Feedback form
- Questionnaire
- Newsletter subscription
All successfully completed form data that a user completes is emailed to the predefined email address set by the administrator; but is also stored in Create CMS’s database. This allows an administrator to download the information captured by the form, into an Excel ® spreadsheet.
Banner Manager
Advertise products and services, including third party advertisements (such as Adsense ®) within your website.Easily upload your banners or add your snippets of code from third party suppliers and place your advertisements anywhere on your website. Link to any web page or website.
Create rotating banner advertisements by creating ‘banner groups’. Create CMS can randomly display these adverts (and / or cycle through the group of adverts) on the web page that you wish them to appear on.
Types of banners include:
- Image
- Flash ®
- Text (type sentences that you wish to appear on the website)
- Third party code (eg Adsense ®)
User Manager
The User Manager allows an administrator to set permissions for every user of the website. This means categories can be setup to stop users from gaining access to the administration section of the website and sections / web pages of the live website.Users can be allowed to have access to elements of every module or access to just one or two etc. Within each module, there is functionality to Add/Edit and Delete certain elements of website. This obviously could be a concern therefore users can be given permission to Add or Edit the website but not allowed to Delete or Publish content.
An administrator can also set permissions to stop users from gaining access to web pages of the website. If a user does not have permission to view a web page, they must ‘login’ to the website with their own unique username and password controlled by the administrator of the site.
Each users’ details can be edited by the administrator of the site, including downloading their details into an Excel ® spreadsheet.
Bulk Email Manager
The Bulk Email Manager allows an administrator to create newsletter templates and easily email their database of users through Create CMS.Each email that is sent out can be tracked and re-sent. Multiple newsletter templates can be created and stored within the system.
